3. Agreement in Principle
If the site is suitable, we make a clear proposal. Once agreed, our solicitors prepare a bespoke agreement tailored to your land and circumstances.
4. Planning & Technical Management
We manage the planning process from start to finish, coordinating all surveys, reports, and statutory submissions. All associated costs are covered by us.
5. Completion
Once planning is secured, the agreed transaction completes and the uplift in land value is realised in line with the agreement.
