Doug Holloway CMLI - Director
Doug Holloway is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 20 years’ experience working across land, planning, and property development.
He has delivered projects in the UK and Turkey, guiding sites from early concept through the planning process and on to completion.
Doug combines strong design judgement with a practical understanding of planning, development, and delivery. His focus is on creating well-considered, sustainable schemes that respond to place, support communities, and align with the objectives of the landowners he works with.
Sylvestor Truchan – Architectural Collaborator
Sylvestor is an accomplished architect and landscape architect with international experience across Poland, Bali, France, and the UK. He has designed and delivered residential projects in Zakopane, Bali, and France, and brings a strong foundation in urban planning and design philosophy.
Doug and Sylvestor have collaborated for many years as colleagues and friends, working together on design-led projects and sharing a commitment to thoughtful, high-quality place-making. Where appropriate, they collaborate on projects to bring integrated architectural and landscape design to development schemes.

Our Approach to Land Development
Working primarily across Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties, including Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and Berkshire, we partner with landowners to assess opportunities, secure planning permission, and manage the technical detail required to progress sites responsibly.
